The recent, horrific crash of three-time Indycar champion Dario Franchitti was another reminder that life on the racetrack is always on the edge. Franchitti was injured when his car made contact with Takuma Sato’s car in Turn 5 at the Grand Prix of Houston and sailed into the fence.
